Experience

Change Management Engineer (Technical Solutions Cons III)

  • Architected and led enterprise‐scale networking and platform solutions across Cisco and Aruba environments, delivering Python‐based automation (APIs, SSH, SNMP) for large, multi‐region customers, including North America–wide deployments such as Home Depot.
  • Drove SDN, wireless, and container platform modernization initiatives, integrating Docker and Kubernetes‐based workloads with enterprise networking, authentication (802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS), and robust network validation practices.
  • Owned design and execution of mission‐critical infrastructure changes, including switch upgrades, access point (AP) migrations, configuration templating, and standardized change workflows aligned with ITIL best practices.
  • Acted as senior escalation point and technical authority, coordinating with Tier‐2 networking and field teams to manage hardware logistics, onsite dispatch, and resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Architected virtualized and composable infrastructure platforms using HPE Alletra Storage, HPE Synergy, and HPE OneView, tightly integrated with VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter) and automation pipelines to enhance scalability, resiliency, and lifecycle management.
  • Designed, deployed, and operated Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms, supporting Docker‐based containerized applications, implementing platform modifications, and delivering production‐grade observability using Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Integrated Kubernetes platforms with enterprise ITSM workflows, leveraging ServiceNow for incident, change, and operational management across hybrid and on‐prem environments.
  • Led storage and compute optimization initiatives, including firmware lifecycle management, storage virtualization, and performance tuning across HPE infrastructure stacks.
  • Chaired and led Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Change Management Review Board (CMRB) meetings, ensuring risk‐aware, auditable execution of infrastructure, cloud, and platform changes.
  • Supported and analyzed HPC environments, maintaining GPFS clusters and troubleshooting high‐performance computing platforms integrated with virtualized and containerized workloads.
  • Built infrastructure‐as‐code and platform automation frameworks using Python, PowerCLI (PowerShell), Terraform, and Ansible to standardize upgrades, quality engineering, and operational consistency across network, storage, virtualization, and Kubernetes environments.
  • Delivered hands‐on cloud engineering solutions on Microsoft Azure, including Azure infrastructure design, load balancer integration, and Kubernetes‐based application deployments.
  • Developed reusable networking and platform automation assets, improving operational efficiency, reducing manual intervention, and accelerating delivery across hybrid cloud, HPE infrastructure, Docker, and Kubernetes platforms.
